Shipping Update for EU/International Backers

Hi Backers,
Wow! What an amazing couple of weeks. When we shipped the GoCubes out of the factory, we couldn’t wait for you to receive them, we were so intrigued to hear what you have to say about GoCube. And it was SO worth it! Getting all your amazing reviews, was worth every minute of creating GoCube.
First and Foremost – EU/International Shipping Update
Your GoCubes arrived in the Netherlands! WooooooHooooo !! We’ve been waiting for this impatiently (we know you were too), and finally it happened. Now when checking your tracking number you should see this message – “Consignment received at the PostNL Acceptance Centre” (If you will not receive this message by the end of this week, please let us know via – [email protected])
Now, it should take a few more days to ship your cubes to the different countries (could take 3-4 days (Germany) to around 2 weeks (Australia) and then to your individual addresses). Please remember, once the cubes started shipping, there are things we can not control, such as customs and local courier’s shipping times. We overlook everything, but please be patient, knowing you will receive your cubes real soon!
I haven’t received my tracking number
If you’ve placed your order in the last 2 weeks, that is why you don’t have the tracking number yet 😊 Wait, drink hot chocolate, and relax, knowing you will be a part of the GoCube Club soon.

Hi backers.
We promised to keep you updated pretty often, especially now, during the last mile, on both this platform and our Facebook page. So here we are, with some great news!
This time we will start with our EU/International backers.
First, let us thank you for being s-o patient. All EU/International GoCubes have arrived safely to our Hong-Kong based fulfillment center. Our team there is working vigorously on picking and packing your orders, so you should expect to get your tracking numbers by the beginning of next week. If you will not receive them by the end of next week, please let us know via - [email protected]
Oh, and they also sent us some pictures to share with you :)

Thank you for being so patient (well, most of you ;) ), while waiting for the tracking numbers. By now, ALL OF YOU should have tracking numbers in your mailboxes. If you don't see your estimated delivery date, no worries, you should see it by tomorrow morning.

June 19th - Shipping Update

Hi backers,
What a great two weeks, what an exciting time! GoCubes have been shipped out of our factory in China, and are traveling to their new destinations.
We know you've been waiting for a long time, but soon, real soon, you are going to hold and play with your new GoCube!
So, Where is my GoCube?
Many of you have reached out to us, asking where your GoCubes are, and what about the tracking numbers? This is the last mile, and we know the anticipation at this point is super high.
Unfortunately there’s not much we can do at this point to expedite the process (customs, flights, trucks, fulfillment centers takes its own time), BUT rest assure we monitor it very closely, and will keep you updated (through our Facebook and Instagram as well), like always, with any news.
We do have some really good news. News worth posting an update about :)
US Backers:
GoCubes have arrived at our US-based fulfillment center in Atlanta! Yayyy!
This is really exciting, as it means that within 3-4 days (kitting and packing thousands of units), all US GoCubes are going to be shipped straight to your addresses. Soon after that, you will receive your tracking numbers.
EU and international backers:
Your orders will be shipped from our HK fulfillment center. Unfortunately, the entire shipment was stopped by the HK customs for more than a week. We’ve just (successfully) completed all their requirements, and it should be released tomorrow! Straight to our fulfillment center, and expected to get there early next week.
Over there it should take around 3-4 days for processing, kitting and packing all orders, and then it goes directly to your individual addresses. Soon after that, you will receive your tracking numbers.
We want to keep you posted with every move, especially now when things are moving fast 😊, and yet- we don’t want to bomber you with updates every other day. Please like us on Facebook and Instagram, so you will stay in the know with our frequent updates.
Great…. BUT Where is my Tracking Number?
We got this question a lot lately 😊
Once GoCubes will be shipped out of the fulfillment centers, you will receive an automated email from Backerkit, with your tracking number.
For US backers – you should expect to receive this email by the end of next week.
For all other International backers – you should expect to receive this email in about 10 days (hopefully sooner). BUT we will also keep you posted, more frequently, on our Facebook page. If there will be any change, you will be the first ones to know.

We know you’ve been waiting for an update for the last few days. We can assure you we have been waiting to type these words for a long time.
Really long time.
Come on, what is it!?
Ok, here it comes-
SHIPPING STARTS TOMORROW!
Tomorrow, as in 24 hours. Tomorrow, as in the following day.
From Concept to a Prototype, and scaling up to mass production
3 years since an idea was born.
2 years since the first prototype came to life.
1 year since we kicked off our Kickstarter campaign.
1 year minus 30 minutes - since we reached our campaign goal 😊
You trusted us.. and we did our best to prove we worth it.
Deep breath, huge excitement. And.. Go!
So many days and sleepless nights. So many activities. So many milestones-
Complete the design and development; Partner with the right factory; Design for manufacture; Start the tooling; Order materials; Surprise our backers and add magnets to the cube; First plastic injection; First Samples; First beta tests; First worldwide demos; Certifications; Beautiful package design; And finally Mass Production phase.
..And tomorrow, this wonderful journey is reaching one of its most exciting milestones. GoCube, now a reality, takes its first step into the big world.

How do you ship it?, When will I get my GoCube?
Tomorrow, the shipping process starts when all products leave the factory to their first station, the fulfillment centers (located in Hong Kong and the US, should take about a week). There we’ll kit your individual pledges and add-ons (this should take a few more days). From there we will send all packages to your individual addresses. Once that happens, you will get a tracking numberwhich will show you where your GoCube is at any given moment, until the moment it will arrive at your doorstep.
We know you’ve been waiting for so long and that the anticipation is high. Please take another last deep breath, and expect to get your tracking number within 10-14 days. We hope that in about 2-3 weeks all of you will be playing with your GoCubes, happily ever after 😊
What should I do when I receive it?
Well, enjoy your Unboxing and let the fun begin! For every question which might arise, you will be able to contact our Customer Support (through our website:www.getgocube.com).
The app will be available for download in about 1-2 weeks on both the App Store and Google Play. You will find it by our logo ;)
In case you signed up to be an “Unboxer Backer”, first grab your camera, and only then open your GoCube. This is time to say a HUGE thank you to all of you who signed up to our unboxing contest already.
